Fried Rice
Perfect as a side dish for an Asian-inspired feast, this Fried Rice is packed with flavour and is ready in a flash, featuring the Baccarat The Healthy Fry Compact Air Fryer 5.7L.

Cook: 20 minutes
INGREDIENTS
- 450g packet microwave rice
- 1 cup BBQ chicken, shredded
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce, plus extra to serve
- 2 tsp sesame oil
- 3 spring onions, finely sliced
- ¾ cup frozen peas
- 2 tsp freshly minced ginger
- 2 tbsp water
- 2 large eggs, beaten
- Flaked sea salt, to taste
METHOD
1. Preheat the air fryer to 180°C.
2. Combine all ingredients except the egg in a large bowl and mix well to combine.
3. Transfer the rice mixture to the base of the air fryer and select the SHRIMP function. Cook for 20 minutes, stirring with a silicone spatula every 5 minutes. At the halfway mark, pour the egg over the rice then close the drawer and continue to cook. Serve with a drizzle of oyster sauce and enjoy!
