Miso Salmon Bites
Delicious salmon marinated in umami-rich miso, air-fried until perfectly flaky with a deliciously caramelised glaze, featuring the Baccarat The Healthy Fry Compact Air Fryer 5.7L.

INGREDIENTS
- 600g skinless salmon fillet, diced into 3cm cubes
- 2 tbsp miso paste
- 1 tbsp Chinese rice wine
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- Olive oil spray
- 2 spring onions, finely sliced
- Freshly steamed rice, to serve
METHOD
1. Preheat the air fryer to 180°C.
2. Place the miso, rice wine, mirin, soy and sesame oil in a large bowl and whisk well to combine. Add the salmon and toss gently to coat.
3. Place the salmon, evenly spaced, into the base of the air fryer and spray lightly with olive oil spray. Select the FISH function and cook for 10 minutes or until golden brown and caramelised. Serve over freshly steamed rice, garnished with spring onions. Enjoy!
